The Department’s non-emergency/administrative phone number is (262) 242-2530 and is staffed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and on Wednesdays from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Please call this number if you would like information on obtaining or renewing burn permits, to report a burning complaint, fire inspection related information, to schedule a tour, CPR training information, or general questions.
